RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Educate customers on Gamma products, services and programs; provide price quoting on all Gamma product lines including court equipment.
-Act as a business/sales consultant to customers, develop and present creative sales ideas for shops/clubs
-obtain full details of customer, verify accounts and obtain new customer credit application
-record details of phone call
-conduct telesales and forward sales leads and incoming inquiries to RSM(Regional Sales Manager).
-strive for win-win situations utilizing the appropiate guidelines being aware of impact on margin and future sales.

Outbound/Inbound Call Center Supervisor
Manage inside sales/customer service representative in groups ranging from 3-5, help representatives create professional development plans, communicate call center activities and sales plans to representatives, strategic planning for the call center, set operational goals and performance objectives, monitor calls and provide feedback or corrective action to representatives, measure employee performance, conduct the interviewing process for new hires, sales training, assist with difficult contacts and overcome objectives, manage attendance and schedules for employees and work with management team on budget and strategy issues.
Skills: Sales Management and leadership, data analysis, communications, coaching, professional development, and listening.
Previous experience: extensive call center and/or prior sales management or coaching experience.
Qualifications: education 4 year degree
