Inside Sales
The ideal candidate will draw from their skill set and sales experience to generate increased revenue and profit by developing market potential through planning, qualifying, closing sales, and targeting growth opportunities. You will work closely with an outside sales account manager who will have the same goals and objectives as you.

Job Requirements

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals with existing and prospect accounts via phone interaction and e-marketing.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and forming strong relationships.
  • Build incremental sales by frequent interaction with existing customers and high outbound call activity for prospect accounts.
  • Continuously learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Phone sales experience of greater than one year.
  • 2 –3 years of retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to be persuasive as well as to listen and close.
  • Outgoing personality and enjoys talking to people.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Computer literacy, including Office Excel, Word, and CRM.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Strong background in tennis is a plus.
